Joe Constantine

Joe Constantine is Mayor Curtatone’s appointee to the SMC Board of Directors. He has worked for the City of Somerville’s Office of Communications since 2005. Joe is a production programmer with Somerville City TV where he has a hand in all facets of production and broadcast of the City’s Government and Educational access stations, as well as being the manager of the Educational access channel, EdTV. 

Joe’s lifelong affinity for access television led him to joining Somerville Community Access Television as a member when he moved to the city in 2001. In addition to his experience with video production, he has a flair for graphic design. Some of his handiwork can be seen throughout the city and schools, such as the SHS Highlanders logo and the logos for GovTV and EdTV.
