Ben Martin

Ben Martin is a video professional with experience in marketing, news, and post-production. Ben spent two years working in higher education marketing as part of a communications & marketing department during an institutional re-branding. He produced, recorded, and edited video content to recruit, retain, and inspire constituents of the college. Ben provided expertise on the integration of video into marketing strategy and developed graphics and style guides consistent with the institution’s updated image. Ben has experience in news video editing, creating informative and engaging content for five local news shows daily with extensive knowledge of video codecs, encoding work-flows and video manipulation software.

Ben is an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors appointed by the Mayor’s Office in the City of Somerville.
