Jordyn Southworth

Jordyn keeps SMC’s facilities and equipment running smoothly by programming our cable television channels and streaming platforms, maintaining our studios and equipment, planning future technology improvements, and even doing direct service work in SMC’s youth programs.

During Jordyn’s time at the University of Vermont, they served as a student videographer while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in film and television studies. With over two years of experience, Jordyn honed their skills in filming, editing, and producing videos for various platforms and audiences, encompassing live concerts, student events, and corporate projects. Fueled by a passion for storytelling, Jordyn possesses a natural ability to craft compelling visual content, and is always eager to acquire new skills and collaborate with diverse and talented teams. Her overarching goal here at The Somerville Media Center is to leverage her video production expertise and contribute positive creativity to the world!
