Sean Effel
Executive Director
Sean Effel joined SMC as executive director in 2024. Sean brings twenty years of PEG access experience, nonprofit leadership and management know-how, and more than two decades of insight as a resident of the City of Somerville. Sean is a listener, facilitator, creator, and tinkerer and is always up for fun challenge. He enjoys long romps in the snow and his favorite flavor of ice cream is yes.
